Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.

• Domestic and international shipping are available. Please note that some herbs or botanicals may be restricted in your country—we are not responsible for items seized by customs.

• Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

We gladly accept returns within 30 days for non-custom, non-handmade items—as long as they’re unused, in original packaging, and still vibing clean energy. ✨

Special Holiday & Halloween Return Windows:

• Items purchased between December 1–24 have 60 days to return.

• Items purchased between October 19–31 have 45 days to return.

Note: If you need to return an item, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. There are no restocking fees—ever.

No Returns or Exchanges On:

• Herbs & botanicals (for safety and freshness)

• Custom spellwork

• Handmade magickal creations

• Personalized potions, oils, or charm bags (once the ritual has begun, there’s no undoing it!)

Refund Policy:
If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or looking like it went through the Underworld and back, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund.

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or card provider a little extra time (usually 5–10 business days) to complete the magic on their end.

Refunds are not available for:

• Change of heart after purchase

• Herbs & botanicals (safety + freshness reasons)

• Custom or handmade spell items

• Used or opened products

Changed your mind? No problem—you can cancel any unshipped order unless it’s custom.

For custom or personalized items, cancellation is only allowed within 24 hours of ordering—after that, the spirits (and materials) have already been summoned.

• We respect your privacy. Information you provide (such as name, email, payment details) is used only to process orders and communicate with you.

• We never sell or share your personal information.

• Payments are securely processed through third-party providers (Squarespace, PayPal, Stripe).
