We gladly accept returns within 30 days for non-custom, non-handmade items—as long as they’re unused, in original packaging, and still vibing clean energy.

✨ Note: Return shipping is on you unless the item arrived broken or cursed (just kidding... mostly).

🕯️ No Returns On:

• Custom spellwork

• Handmade magickal creations

• Personalized potions, oils, or charm bags
  (Once the ritual has begun, there’s no undoing it!)

Changed your mind? No problem

—you can cancel any unshipped order unless it’s custom.

For custom or personalized items, cancellation is only allowed within 24 hours of ordering—after that, the spirits (and materials) have already been summoned.
